Pertinent design contests at competitive prices – This is perhaps the best way to describe what we do here at MycroBurst. However for any contest to be effective, it must accompany the level of quality it demands in order to gain the trust of existing clients and garner the attention of prospective ones. This level of quality can only be achieved from a firm commitment that one can always do better for their clients by making things easier for them. This is precisely where MycroBurst has been rapidly excelling in – by not only offering quality services but also improving the process of customers availing those services.

Online Design Contests – Newly Redesigned Launch Process

MycroBurst has revamped the launch process on their website in order to make it easier for companies to start an online design contest within a matter of minutes. Anyone who has recently visited the website can easily tell the difference. The entire process of starting an online design competition is simplicity itself.

Whether you need a slick banner, a nifty brochure, an attractive logo or a professional website, the newly redesigned MycroBurst website allows customers to:

  • Launch an Online Design Contest by following an Easy Step by Step Process
  • Browse through the different types of contests available, their features and their pricing

  • Avail Additional Features for better results, greater participation and maximum visibility
  • Keep Track of the Contest Expenditure by utilizing a calculator embedded in the website
  • Fill out a Simple Design Brief by answering a handful of simple questions pertaining to contest rules and  information

MycroBurst has made the entire process extremely simple now. It only takes a few minutes for a design contest to go live and be accessed by hundreds of designers over the internet. Clients can expect to start seeing design drafts within a few hours.

In the end, it is dedication that sets a company apart from its competitors. How far is a company willing to go to serve the needs of its clients? This improved process of launching an online design contest is in fact a portrayal of that dedication by MycroBurst, with the intent to encourage companies to host their design contests with ease and a sense of security.

Launching a contest sounds like a win win situation. Business owners get what they want and the designers get some extra cash as a freelancers. Super! I love it! Not only because there is money involved but its about challenge and competition.

      • Angry Says:

Yea they make it sound good and all but there is some shady business going on too, it hurts the designer more than the customer, pay attention to alot of the locked projects. there are new designs that just all of a sudden show up and are awarded, by a new designer with no profile and will have a 1/2 dozen wins in the matter of a week or two. Designers keep an eye on your locked projects they may be taking wins out from under you noses, it has happened to me twice already in the last 2 weeks.

Thanks guys for your feedback :)

@Angry: I hear you buddy but there is no shady business going on here. This is common practice of many experienced designers. They carefully go over the design brief provided by the client and look at the design drafts submitted by other designers. Keeping in mind the contest holder’s comments about the designs and learning from the mistakes of fellow designers, they come up with their drafts and submit them. It’s one of the smartest way of doing things i tell ya!

      • Keith J. Hamilton Says:

I have double checked with the MycroBurst Support Team.

Impossible! Once a contest is locked, it closes for good. Designers are prohibited from submitting any drafts after that. Period! The only exception is if the contest holder chooses to extend the competition further in which case the contest will be unlocked and additional drafts will be allowed for submission by all designers.

As far as the profiles with no information go, this is completely up to the designers. Some prefer not to mention personal information on public forums. It is their right and we respect their right for privacy.

As a writer and designer, the last thing I would want is for someone else to take credit for my work. Therefore I can understand your frustration. This is precisely why the MycroBurst Support Team was put in place. They are there to ensure a fair contest and will answer all queries and address any concerns designers may have.

Any designers who notice anything out of the usual about a design contest should notify the Support Team immediately so that they can deal with it – Immediately.
